Question by PeguinBackPacker: What travel writers and authors focus mainly on South America?
The only book I can find is “Do travel writers go to hell?” I cannot seem to find any thing else related to the subject. Please help?
Been trying to do that. Not much luck.

Best answer:

Answer by Jodie
Look for books on travel in the state you’re in and there should be some references in there, or buy a few travel books on South Amer, and find references that might be more helpful in those books. Best place to start is at the source and work backwards from there. hope this helped a little.

New York Tour is the Best Tour and Travel Vacation That Is Appreciated and Wanted By Folks From Everywhere In The Whole World

New York Tour would seem to be the destination of the whole planet. Love NY or loathe it, one and all desires to go to it at least one time in their life. Many come back. Some stay. So what type do you fall under? No matter, if opportunity presents itself, you will call on The Big Apple at least on one occasion in your lifetime.

So what’s to do for a New York City tour? How about the Empire State Building? That is a have got to see. I have a few extra items for you: The American Museum of Natural History, The Empire State Building Observatory, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, The Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island, Top of the Rock, Guggenheim Museum, Museum of Modern Art, and a Circle Line Harbor Cruise.

How about the Museum of Modern Art tour? They introduce all the hottest artists like Paul Cezanne, Vincent van Gogh, Georges-Pierre Seurat, and Evard Munch. Every person loves Munch! After lunch with Munch, you will still have time to check out one or more of the following: The Bowery and 42nd Street.
Perhaps you desire to trod the well stridden paths of the countless later arrivals to old New York town when you visit the Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island: Features one ferry ride to and from Battery Park in NY or Liberty Park in New Jersey, with stops at Liberty Island and Ellis Island tour. That’s one of the top New York City Tours.

One belated citizen of NYC by the last name of Frick left a fragment of himself behind for you to take pleasure in. The good-looking Fifth Avenue mansion and art collection of entrepreneur Henry Clay Frick (1849 – 1919) is one of New York City’s best cultural gems and tourist attractions.

Broadway, NY. Every other town on earth has a Broadway. I have even witnessed two backwards grimy paths in Brazil called Broadway. But for the perfectionist, there is only ONE Broadway, and that is the first Broadway there ever was, and that is Broadway in New York City! Broadway is renowned as the zenith of the American theater industry. This district is renowned for its abundance of theatres. Several of theaters have been in use for more than fifty years!

With lunch settling in your belly, take your mind’s eye back to the days of low rent and no bathroom paper with the Lower East Side Tenement Museum. This museum, somewhere in an authentic tenement, is devoted to interpreting and preserving the story of the immigrant experience on New York City’s Lower East Side. In Brazil, the complimentary tour is of the favelas or slums. There is something for all and sundry in New York USA!

Like Broadway, there is only one for true MET, or Metropolitan Opera House for folks just touring. The Met opened in 1883 and is one of the most recognized opera houses in the country in our day. It is really all there for your perusal and touring edification.

The first object the earliest tourists on their initial NYC Tour saw when shipping into town was the Statue of Liberty on Ellis Island. If you fancy to go inside the base of the Statue of Liberty museum, you must make a reservation or else all you will be able to do is stare at it from the outside.

It is beyond uncertainty and doubt, and second guessing, that there are exactly, and precisely only TWO Unsurpassed NY City Tour Providers. And which ones would they be? Well, that’s a matter of some speculation. Possibly there is some way to ferret them out.

The certain best two companies to deliver the most desirable New York Tour and the best New York New York Vacation are made public by the scribe of this glamorous and worthwhile discourse. He has been writing and working incessantly to acquaint people about tour and travel for a great many years. Of his many adequate and moving works, none bring more enthusiasm and bliss than the New York City Pass and the New York City Tour articles.

Question by gwenleonhard: What is the best way to tip a European tour guide?
I am taking a large group and will have about $ 4000 in tip money to give to the guide, but I don’t want to carry around that much money and can only withdraw $ 300 per 24 hours from my ATM. I’m thinking traveler’s cheques, but my tour consultant keeps saying not to give the guide traveler’s cheques but rather to give a “check card,” which would debit funds from MY account. HELP!

Best answer:

Answer by George P
$ 4000 for a tip? Wow, I would like to be that tour guide. I think its a bit much, but you could always do a money order, or something like that where he/she can cash it at their leisure.

A Rome bus tour gives the best introduction to the city

Italy is the country of cultural diversities and these running through each of its beautiful cities whether Naples or Rome, makes it worth a place for spending a memorable time.

Rome dominates to such an extent that its home region is a mystery to most … With its imperial grandeur it inspired that wannabe Emperor Mussolini. Il Duce tried to rebuild and remodel the capital in his own imperial image, with the hideous and grandiose building projects so typical of despotic leaders. But even Mussolini couldn’t wreck the beautiful accretions of 3,000 years of history. A vacation in this city has much more to offer .Of course it would be perverse for us to hold off the Eternal City for too long. This is a city that has captured the imagination of visitors for millennia rather than just centuries. It has a history that encompasses Classical antiquity, the heights of the Renaissance glory and the dolce vita image of post-War Italy.

Naples is again a city in perpetual motion: full of energy and life. There is always something going on to catch your eye – a street performer, a lively debate in a café, an old man watching from a stone balcony, a woman putting out the washing next door and gossiping, and scooters weaving constantly through all the apparent chaos. People are great, very friendly, and very melodious. There are a lot of things to see here. One can see very clearly Vesuvius, the only active volcano in continental Europe. From the magnificent squares, churches, castles, parks to well known museums, gallerias, royal palace this place is music, theatre, Vesuvius, coffee, pizza and the sea… all those colors, sounds and aromas that capture your attention, win you over and seduce you. If you want to eat the real Italian pizza, then one must take to Naples tour.

Rome bus tour can be one of the most effective ways one can ideally go for exploring the city and even the country sides, these arrangements hire the best person to lead such tours. The person is well acquaint of area and gives all sorts of knowledgeable piece of information. These arrangements solve its purpose by creating a shared set of experiences and reference points among a diverse set of tourists. Being able to refer back to a shared reference and experience is very valuable for your planning of more vacations to this place .The bus tour can cover much more ground than the walking tour and are a bit less formal and allow tourists to mingle easily. They offer an informative and entertaining commentary and are delivered by a regular service of purpose built open-top buses. Every city is different, so these carefully tailor the tours to showcase the buildings, monuments and attractions that make the place unique. Wherever possible, they provide inclusions such as river cruises and museum entry that enhance the sightseeing experience.

Whether bus tours or walking tours , Rome Vacation Packages or Naples tour ,the odyssey tours has always something special for every vacationer coming to Italy, so share your passion for Italy with us .Book us online at http://odyssey-tours.com/

Question by FrShr: What the difference in a regular driver and a tour driver?
I found a pretty good deal on a Cleveland Hibore XL tour driver. I dont have much of a problem driving the ball straight. Is the tour harder to hit than a regular driver?

Best answer:

Answer by PLAYER
It is for some since the heads are a little smaller and the faces open more. they are good drivers for people with a strong swing.
